These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the relationship between you (“Client” or “you”) and Worth On Earth (“Company,” “we,” or “us”). By booking any tour or service with Worth On Earth, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before confirming your booking.

Worth On Earth is a travel startup focused on providing customized travel experiences across India and abroad. Our head office is located in Gwalior, with branches in various locations to cater to our growing customer base.

Scope of Services

Worth On Earth offers the following services:

Customized Travel Packages: Tailored itineraries based on client preferences.

Group Travel: Group tours to destinations across India and abroad.

Exclusive Tours: Special tours focusing on adventure, culture, and leisure activities.

Booking and Payment Terms

Booking Confirmation: A confirmed booking requires a deposit at the time of booking, as outlined in the quote. All prices are subject to change based on availability, exchange rates, and service costs at the time of final payment.

Payment Policy: Payments can be made via credit/debit cards, bank transfers, or online payment gateways. All payments are in INR or equivalent based on the prevailing exchange rates for international bookings.

Failure to Pay: If full payment is not received by the specified due date, the booking may be canceled without a refund.

Cancellation by Client: For cancellation details, please refer to our Cancellation Policy.

Pricing and Inclusions

Pricing Policy: Prices are confirmed at the time of booking and may be subject to change due to fluctuations in exchange rates or availability. All prices quoted include specific services detailed in your booking confirmation.

Inclusions and Exclusions: The inclusion of services will be mentioned clearly in your itinerary. Any services not mentioned are not part of the package and will be charged separately.

Travel Insurance

Worth On Earth highly recommends that clients obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and other unforeseen events.

Health and Safety

Client Responsibility: Clients must meet all health requirements (e.g., vaccinations) for their travel destination. Any pre-existing medical conditions should be disclosed before booking.

Safety Guidelines: Clients must adhere to all safety protocols during their trip. Non-compliance may result in the termination of the trip without a refund.

Passports, Visas, and Travel Documents

Client Responsibility: It is the client’s responsibility to ensure they have valid travel documents, including passports and visas. Worth On Earth can assist with visa applications but is not responsible for any refusals or delays in visa processing.

Airline and Accommodation Policies

Flight and Baggage: ExploreOn is not responsible for any delays or disruptions caused by airlines. Clients must manage any issues regarding baggage directly with the airline.

Hotel Accommodation: Worth On Earth reserves the right to substitute hotels as necessary. Clients will be informed of changes as soon as possible. Additional hotel charges such as city taxes or minibar usage must be paid directly to the hotel.

Limitation of Liability

Third-Party Services: Worth On Earth acts as an intermediary between clients and third-party providers (e.g., airlines, hotels, transport). We are not liable for any issues arising from third-party services.

Force Majeure: Worth On Earth is not liable for failure to perform its obligations due to events beyond its control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or political unrest.

Code of Conduct

Behavior Expectations: Clients are expected to act responsibly and respect local customs, laws, and fellow travellers. Any violation may result in removal from the trip without a refund.

Damages: Clients are liable for any damage they cause to property or services during the trip.

Data Privacy

Worth On Earth collects personal data for booking and service purposes. All data will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh-India.

Amendments to Terms

Worth On Earth reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated via our website and will apply to all new bookings thereafter.
